Robbie Randolph

With a background in finance, commercial real estate and interior design, Robbie combines his career experience as a REALTOR with Blackstream® | Christie's International. Having worked with many homebuyers through the finance process, Robbie understands the intricacies of qualifying for a home and the behind-the-scenes obstacles that may arise. Robbie started off his career with Bank of America as a Branch Manager, leading his team in mortgage financing. In 2004, he branched off to create RiverWorks Mortgage Company, as a first-time homebuyer focused mortgage broker, and Randolph Properties, LLC, a private real estate development firm. Eventually the mortgage crisis led him to concentrate his full-time efforts on real estate development and investing. In more recent years, while still active in commercial investing, Robbie then focused on interior design and helping existing clients re-imagine their spaces.

This ultimately led him to project management on residential real estate properties. Ever the entrepreneur, Robbie felt residential real estate would be the next best step to combine his years of experience. A Greenville native, Robbie enjoys all the Upstate has to offer either hiking with his 4 kids or cycling the trails and mountains on his bike.
