Nicole Maxey

As a true native of the area, born and raised in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, I have an in-depth and intuitive understanding of the local communities and lifestyles. My background as a middle school teacher has given me a lot of experience in communication and organization, which are pertinent aspects of every real estate transaction. I am highly passionate about nurturing and maintaining meaningful relationships with my clients. My strong negotiation skills and tenacious work ethic reinforce the innovative marketing strategies that I apply when delivering an elevated luxury experience.

I began my real estate career with Sotheby's International Realty prior to our partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate in the Lowcountry area. In addition to working with my clients, I oversee operations of our Bluffton office, ensuring that systems and processes are in place to leverage technology that innovates and accelerates our business growth. 

I currently live in Baynard Park with my husband Adam and our son Mason. When I am not working, I can be found boating on the May River or spending time with my family. We have supported the May River High School Football and Soccer teams since 2018 and love to get involved with the community. I believe that luxury is not a price point but a level of service that I hold myself accountable to deliver. As an ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative), RSPS (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist), and C2EX Endorsed (NAR Realtors Commitment to Excellence Program), my accreditations further enhance my commitment to utmost client satisfaction.
