Mauricio Perez
Originally from Miami, Florida, Mauricio spent 10 years in New York City working as a professional actor on Broadway and touring the US and Canada. He most recently starred as Frankie Valli in the Tony Award-winning Broadway production of Jersey Boys: The Story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.
After leaving New York, Mauricio visited his brother in Greenville and fell completely in love with the city, so much so that he packed up his things and made the move himself.
“I’m a huge fan of Greenville. I fell in love with Downtown, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Falls Park, our booming arts and outdoor communities, the local food and drink culture and festivals, and the friendly faces all around town. Greenville represents the epitome of Southern Charm to me, and I brag about it to everyone I know or meet.
“I’m passionate about helping my clients get what they need: whether it be finding the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood, or selling their home for its top market value. My goal is to be an invaluable resource to my clients when it comes to all of their real estate needs. Mauricio is also the Operations and Sales Lead at the local REI, as well as a youth soccer coach with Soccer Shots of the Upstate. He enjoys many outdoor hobbies such as backpacking, camping, hiking, biking, rock climbing, and kayaking. Within the local community, Mauricio has been involved with Sustaining Way, Upstate Forever, and Friends of the Reedy River.
