Joseph Gobbett

Joe started his real estate career in Maryland as a licensed sale agent in 1971. In 1979 after passing his state brokers exam he became an associate broker for a multi–office real estate company. It was there that he became the training director, branch office manager, and instructor for the real estate pre-license course and the post-license training program. He also conducted Investment and Homebuyer Seminars for the public. Joe's love for sharing his knowledge and teaching experience helped him to qualify as an Instructor for the  Maryland Association of  Realtors "Graduate of the Realtors Institute" (G.R.I.) program. In this program, Joe taught accredited courses such as "Real Estate Investment "and "Advanced Creative Financing".Joe was a faculty Instructor for 20 years. In 1989 Joe formed his own real estate company (RESCOM REALTORS). As the broker and owner of "RESCOM REALTORS" Joe have helped many individuals and families to realize their dream of home ownership.

Joe's vast experience also includes 15 years in new home sales. In 2012 Joe and his wife Marilyn relocated to Simpsonville, SC where Joe obtained his Instructors License from the SC Real Estate Commission and became an Instructor for the Fortune Academy, teaching the Real Estate Pre-License Course at the  Greenville Technical College. After selling new homes for a regional builder, he decided to open a new real estate company "REALTY PROFESSIONALS for GREENVILLE". Joe understands his obligations to his clients when it comes to care, obedience, accountability, loyalty, and above all honesty! If you want to work with someone in the know…call JOE!!
