Della has been investing in real estate in the Upstate since 2009, including owning rental properties and managing renovation projects. She has called Greenville home since 2003 and loves the Upstate and all it has to offer. Her focus includes working with buyers from out of town as well as local buyers who are looking to purchase their new home, and offering excellent service to sellers looking to get their homes sold quickly and for the right price. As a real estate investor, she understands those needs as well and is always willing to accommodate the specific desires of other real estate investors.
