Before entering Real Estate I had a successful Interior Design Business serving the upstate and beyond in both residential and light commercial design. "My family was in the Home Building business. I have been very involved in my community. I initiated the first "After Hours" Book Fair in the district allowing parents who worked during the day to participate in the Book Fair with their children and encourage their love of reading; this is an ongoing program. I was a member of the State Board of Education for South Carolina for 4 years and served on the Board for Mobile Meals as well as directing design themes for Mobile Meals Gala Fund Raisers. Other organizations include Young Life, Board for Truth Ministries, and BSF Intl.
