Amanda Setzer is a Realtor® with Blackstream® International. She holds a real estate license in both South Carolina and Georgia. Amanda has received the RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) certification making her fully qualified to assist customers searching for properties in the Upstate lake region. She also holds the LHC (Luxury Home Certification) qualifying her to help customers with high-value properties on either the seller or buyer side of the transaction. Her knowledge and experience in the luxury niche, including pricing and negotiation strategies, make her extremely well-qualified to serve clients in the lake region.

In 2022, Amanda expanded her team to include Andrew Smith and Rochelle Zyniecki. Both Andrew and Rochelle have backgrounds in the customer service industry with a strong commitment to working closely with clients to exceed expectations.
