The Community of Taylors

Taylors began as an 1840s resort town attracting visitors looking for the benefits of drinking its water from the natural springs.  In the 1870s, a train depot was built on the property of Alfred Taylor and called “Taylor’s Station (hence, the town’s name). Today, parks and trails abound in this largest suburb of Greenville, which boasts the refurbished Taylors Mill – a venue for artists, restaurants, breweries, and more.
